Advanced Upset Prevention & Recovery Training

Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training is a mandatory training course for CPL holders before entering a Type Rating course on a Multi Pilot Airplane.

The main focus of the training is to recognize and prevent different upset situations in the aircraft and if necessary recover from the upset. 

The training will be done in our Cessna 172.

After completing this course you will get a certificate showing that you have completed the Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training according to EASA requirements.

Course includes

  • 5 hrs in-class theory
  • 3 hrs flight training

Entry Requirements

  • Valid CPL
  • Valid Classrating
  • Medical Class 1

Complete courses are calculated for minimum required flighthours, be aware that you might need more hours to meet required standard for skilltest.
